Perfect location!
Could not have been happier with this rental. Rebecca has considered every detail for her guests comfort and convenience. Everything is high quality, from kitchen appliances to beds and linens. As a matter of fact it was the best nights sleep I have had in a very long time! It was a perfect place for our group to have time together yet plenty of areas to find quiet space. The location was as perfect as it gets. Steps to the beach. Ocean views from every room upstairs. We could walk to any number of restaurants and shops. Rebecca was easy to reach and very helpful in answering our questions. Would definitely come back here again!!!

Absolutely beautiful house right by the beach
We rented this house last weekend for a corporate management retreat. There were 15 of us staying in the house, and it felt spacious, modern, and luxurious. Everyone was very impressed with the amenities and the fact that the beach was only 1 block away! The "downtown" area was less than a mile away so we enjoyed walking to our dinner and out for drinks at night as well. The beds were extremely comfortable, the fridge was very spacious, and the TV and sound system were great. Only downside we found was that we couldn't get the hot tub to heat above 81 degrees... Would highly recommend this property, especially for large groups!

Fantastic Location - Great House!
We travel all over the world and have stayed in vacation rentals, and this is my very favorite one! The quality is so much higher than other vacation rentals I have stayed in. The kitchen was amazing! What a joy to cook on a Wolfe cooktop and watch the ocean while washing dishes. There is a dining table which seats 12 and it was lovely to all sit together in the same room. There is a great gathering spot in the family room with plenty of room as well as outside on the deck. Sweeping ocean views from every room. The kids just went out the back gate and we on the sand in a few steps. I watched my little ones play on the park at Moonlight from the living room. Moonlight Beach is very family friendly and a great beach for swimming and surfing. We walked to coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants and even the little movie theatre. Other than our Costco run, we didn't use the car at all. The teens loved the family suite and we had the master and loved falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves and waking up to be greeted by the blue water. What a treat. I will definitely return!
